If you enjoy fishing, we have the fishing adventure for you! Our outfit is located in Terrace, British Columbia, a small town just off the Pacific Coast.

Record-breaking runs of salmon return to our river systems annually. Chinook (king), Northern Coho (silver), Sockeye, Chum and Pink Salmon are available to fish for a total of 9 months out of the year, and Steelhead fishing is available to enjoy year-round. There’s always lots of action for anglers of all ages!

Terrace Sportfishing Adventures is dedicated to providing you with the experience of a lifetime. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a couple of close friends, or with your family, you can fish the world famous Skeena and Nass Rivers or any of our 25 other high-producing rivers, in our new jet boat, new drift boat, or you can fly in a helicopter to some of our more remote areas, which are not accessible by boat or vehicle. Jaron Janas – Owner/Guide

Born and raised in Kitwanga, British Columbia, I have been fishing the Skeena River and tributaries for 25 years, and have many years of experience as a guide. My extensive knowledge of fishing skills, respect for the outdoors, and great love for the sport make me an excellent guide. I  am very enthusiastic, helpful and reliable and I will make sure you have great fishing experience.

Boats

Ocean Boat

Our new 24 foot Trophy ocean boat is a first class fishing machine. This vessel comes fully equipped with all safety and communications gear, electric downriggers and all the gear for bottom fishing and salmon trolling. The boat has seating for up to 6 people , has a bathroom aboard, and is covered to keep you warm and dry.

Jet Boat

Our new 19 foot Neid jet boat is one of the most reliable, comfortable and stylish boats you will see on the river. It can seat up to 6 people comfortably and is partially covered by a canopy to keep you out of the elements. This boat is equipped with lifejackets, first aid kits, marine radios and meets all fisheries and oceans regulations.

Drift Boat

Our new 17 foot Alumaweld Drift Boat is used for fishing on the Kitimat River. Due to powerboat restrictions, this river is only accessible by drift boat; therefore, this provides a quiet and relaxing fishing atmosphere. Our boat can seat up to 4 people and is a smooth and very comfortable ride. This boat is equipped with lifejackets, first aid kits, marine radios and meets all fisheries and oceans regulations.
